Toplumsal geli\u015fimlerin y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc belirlemi\u015f, bireysel varolu\u015fun imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131 tayin etmi\u015f ve uygarl\u0131klar\u0131n hem y\u00fckseli\u015finde hem de \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde derin izler b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc emek, yaln\u0131zca bir \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda insan\u0131n kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme, toplumsal ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 kurma ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ete kemi\u011fe b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcrme olay\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Eme\u011fin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ile ili\u015fkisi de bu temelde ele al\u0131nabilir. Sekiz saatlik i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc, sendikal haklar ve sosyal g\u00fcvenlik gibi kazan\u0131mlar, eme\u011fin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesinin baz\u0131 somut ad\u0131mlar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Yine 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l ortas\u0131nda Cezayir\u2019den Vietnam\u2019a, K\u00fcba\u2019ya uzanan anti-s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci direni\u015fler; ulusal ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 eme\u011fin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesiyle birle\u015ftirmi\u015f, hem k\u00f6yl\u00fc eme\u011finin hem kent i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin hem de s\u00f6m\u00fcrge halklar\u0131n\u0131n ortak \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck talebini y\u00fckseltmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de de benzer \u015fekilde geli\u015fen sosyalist hareketler, toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck yolunun emek m\u00fccadelesinden ge\u00e7ti\u011fini savunmu\u015ftur. Zaman zaman g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine ra\u011fmen yeterince toplumsalla\u015famam\u0131\u015f ve hedeflenen devrimsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc sa\u011flayamam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu tarihsel s\u00fcreklilik, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde K\u00fcrt \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinde, \u00f6zellikle Rojava Devrimi\u2019yle \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bir bi\u00e7im kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Korunup geli\u015ftirilmesi durumunda Rojava, ezilenler i\u00e7in bir \u00f6rnek model olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Eme\u011fi tarih boyunca s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclen K\u00fcrt halk\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketiyle beraber emek konusunda da bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 ba\u015fta Rojava olmak \u00fczere kendi \u00f6z y\u00f6netimlerini kurdu\u011fu yerlerde kendi ekonomik sistemini geli\u015ftiriyor. Olu\u015fturulan Kom\u00fcnal \u00fcretim yap\u0131lar\u0131na ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar olmak \u00fczere s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclen toplumsal kesimlerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcyor; b\u00f6ylece eme\u011fin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesini toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckle bulu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Burada K\u00fcrt \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin \u00f6zg\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, kad\u0131n\u0131 merkeze almas\u0131, eme\u011fin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesinin asli unsuru yapmas\u0131d\u0131r. Gen\u00e7li\u011fi ise bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn en dinamik \u00f6znesi olarak konumland\u0131rmas\u0131d\u0131r. En \u00e7ok s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclen iki kesime b\u00f6ylesi bir rol bi\u00e7mek, eme\u011fin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirici g\u00fcc\u00fc itibariyle son derece yerinde bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. \u015e\u00fcphesiz s\u00f6z konusu emek olunca, hi\u00e7bir toplumsal kesim, hi\u00e7bir birey bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutulamaz.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn bizler, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n adeta en bereketli topraklar\u0131nda, hi\u00e7 hak etmedi\u011fimiz i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak ve ya\u015famak zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yoruz. Oysa zengin co\u011frafyam\u0131z, d\u00fcnya sermayecilerinin \u00fczerinde sava\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131, \u00fczerinde pay sahibi olmak i\u00e7in her t\u00fcr yola ba\u015fvurdu\u011fu topraklard\u0131r. Bu ger\u00e7ekten b\u00fcy\u00fck bir trajedidir. Elbette, bunun sorumlusu devlet ve kapitalist sistemdir. Ancak b\u00f6yledir diye bize bi\u00e7ilen kadere raz\u0131 gelip kabul edemeyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Kutsal kitaplarda cennet olarak tarif edilen \u00fclkemizde, ait oldu\u011fumuz yerde eme\u011fimizin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir ya\u015fam kurabiliriz. Belki t\u00fcmden sistemden kendimizi soyutlayamay\u0131z, ama kendi eme\u011fimizin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ekonomik \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelere gidebiliriz. Mevcut sistemde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmenin son derece insanl\u0131k onurunu zedeledi\u011fi bir ger\u00e7ektir. Emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc, bu anlamdaki ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ili\u015fkileri derin bir k\u00f6leli\u011fi ifade ediyor. Oysa kuraca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir kom\u00fcnle, ortak\u00e7\u0131 bir \u00fcretimle eme\u011fimize sahip \u00e7\u0131kabiliriz. Ortak \u00fcretti\u011fimizi e\u015fit payla\u015f\u0131p s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc \u00e7ark\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131rabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn gittik\u00e7e derinle\u015fti\u011fi bu ko\u015fullarda, sistemi t\u00fcmden a\u015fmay\u0131 beklemeden, sistemin i\u00e7inden ona kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131k temelinde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenerek kendi ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kurabiliriz. Zaten sistemin ayakta kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan da onun i\u00e7inde yer alanlar, istemeden de olsa ona hizmet edenler de\u011fil mi? O halde, sisteme alternatif bir ya\u015fam ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 olu\u015fturarak sistemi i\u015flevsiz k\u0131lmak da bizim elimizdedir.
