Bu ba\u011flamda bizim i\u00e7in entegrasyon, kendi kimli\u011fimizi ink\u00e2r ederek ba\u015fka bir ulus i\u00e7inde erimek de\u011fil; tersine, kimli\u011fimizi koruyarak di\u011fer halklarla e\u015fit yurtta\u015fl\u0131k temelinde bulu\u015fmak anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt halk \u00f6nderi, demokratik entegrasyon kavram\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirirken, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm temelinin halklar\u0131n demokratik birlikteli\u011finde oldu\u011funu vurgulamakta ve bunun sadece siyasal bir tercih de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda tarihsel ve toplumsal sorunlar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in zorunlu bir yol oldu\u011funu; ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve m\u00fccadele alanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n gereklili\u011fi olarak a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, klasik ulus-devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 asimilasyondan k\u00f6kl\u00fc bi\u00e7imde ayr\u0131l\u0131r ve d\u00fcnya deneyimleriyle de desteklenebilir. \u0130sko\u00e7lar\u0131n \u0130ngiltere i\u00e7inde kendi parlamentolar\u0131yla var olmalar\u0131, Katalanlar\u0131n \u0130spanya\u2019da \u00f6zerk \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye sahip olmalar\u0131. Yine Kanada\u2019da Quebec halk\u0131n\u0131n kendi dilini ve kimli\u011fini koruyarak federasyon i\u00e7inde yer almas\u0131, halklar\u0131n kimli\u011finden vazge\u00e7meden bir arada ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imlerini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak K\u00fcrt halk \u00f6nderinin sundu\u011fu entegrasyon, geli\u015fmesi durumunda pratikte kendi \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc kurmam\u0131z ve toplumsal \u00f6z y\u00f6netimlerimizi geli\u015ftirmemizle \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir boyut kazanacakt\u0131r. Bu durumda bizler, kendi dilimizle, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fczle, toplumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ve irademizle \u00f6zg\u00fcrce varl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek; asimilasyona kar\u015f\u0131, halklar\u0131n e\u015fitlik temelinde bir arada ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak demokratik \u00e7er\u00e7evenin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak hareket etmek durumunday\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcne kadar uygulanan tek\u00e7i ve ink\u00e2rc\u0131 politikalar\u0131n hem K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 hem de T\u00fcrkiye toplumunu \u00e7\u0131kmaza s\u00fcr\u00fckledi\u011fini biliyoruz. Bu \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u0131 a\u015fmak i\u00e7in halk \u00f6nderimiz bizlere \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc iki eksende sunmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>Devlet boyutunda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin demokratik cumhuriyet \u00e7izgisine evrilerek K\u00fcrt kimli\u011fini tan\u0131mas\u0131; K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n siyasal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme hakk\u0131n\u0131 anayasal g\u00fcvenceye kavu\u015fturmas\u0131 ve bask\u0131 ile ink\u00e2r siyasetinden vazge\u00e7mesini gerektirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Toplum boyutunda ise bize, kendi \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmemizi geli\u015ftirerek kendi sistemimizi in\u015fa etme g\u00f6revi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. \u00d6zellikle kad\u0131n ve gen\u00e7lerin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmesini gerektiriyor; ba\u015fta e\u011fitim, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, ekonomi olmak \u00fczere ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmek sorumlulu\u011fumuzdur..<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7lik olarak her \u015fehirde, her sokakta dilimizi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc ya\u015fatarak varl\u0131k g\u00f6stermeliyiz. Her yerde s\u00f6z hakk\u0131 almal\u0131, projeler \u00fcretmeliyiz; bizler dayan\u0131\u015fma a\u011flar\u0131m\u0131zla hem sorunlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmeli hem de demokratik ya\u015fam\u0131 \u00f6rmeliyiz. Beklenti i\u00e7inde olmay\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p kollar\u0131 s\u0131vaman\u0131n zaman\u0131d\u0131r. Kaybedecek bir dakikam\u0131z\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilerek g\u00f6revlerimize sahip \u00e7\u0131kmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Bu iki y\u00f6n birle\u015fti\u011finde, entegrasyon yaln\u0131zca siyasal bir hedef de\u011fil; toplumsal bir ger\u00e7eklik olarak kimli\u011fimizle \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015famam\u0131z\u0131, T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 ve di\u011fer halklarla e\u015fit yurtta\u015fl\u0131k temelinde bulu\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayabilir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt halk \u00f6nderinin stratejisi bizim i\u00e7in ge\u00e7ici bir siyasal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm de\u011fil; halklar\u0131n gelece\u011fini g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alan tarihsel ve bilimsel bir y\u00f6nelimdir. Biz gen\u00e7lik bu \u00e7izgiyi, kimli\u011fimizi koruyarak demokratik T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin in\u015fas\u0131nda \u00f6nc\u00fc olma sorumlulu\u011fu olarak g\u00f6rmeli ve bunu prati\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kimlikten vazge\u00e7mek asimilasyonu, kopu\u015f ise yaln\u0131zla\u015fmay\u0131 getirir.
