Verilere g\u00f6re 2024\u2019te 15-34 ya\u015f grubunda istihdam oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 52,5 oldu. Bu ya\u015f grubundaki gen\u00e7lerin yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczde 67,2\u2019si yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fin e\u011fitim d\u00fczeyine uygun oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Bir di\u011fer bir ifade ile her 3 gen\u00e7ten biri e\u011fitim d\u00fczeyi do\u011frultusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Her be\u015f gen\u00e7ten biri ekonomik nedenlerle e\u011fitimini yar\u0131da b\u0131rak\u0131yor. Kad\u0131nlar ise e\u011fitimde ve istihdamda erkeklerin gerisinde kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7lerin y\u00fczde 7,2\u2019si i\u015f ar\u0131yor ama bulam\u0131yor. Y\u00fczde 40\u2019tan fazlas\u0131 do\u011frudan i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131lam\u0131yor. Bu tablo y\u0131llard\u0131r de\u011fi\u015fmiyor. E\u011fitim seviyesi artsa da gen\u00e7lerin emek piyasas\u0131nda hak etti\u011fi bir yer bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in tablo daha da a\u011f\u0131r. E\u011fitimini tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra 3 y\u0131ldan uzun s\u00fcre i\u015f bulamayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 24,3. Erkeklerde ise bu oran y\u00fczde 10,6. Kad\u0131nlar e\u011fitime eri\u015fimde de geri b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor. E\u011fitimini yar\u0131da b\u0131rakan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 24,1\u2019i \u201cailevi nedenleri\u201d gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6steriyor. \u00dcstelik kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 10,1\u2019i \u201ckendi iste\u011fiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istemedi\u011fini\u201d s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Bu durum ev i\u00e7i dayatman\u0131n ve g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fin bir d\u0131\u015favurumu.<\/p>\n<h3>Hangi \u0130stihdam Ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131?<\/h3>\n<p>E\u011fitimleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda staj veya \u00e7\u0131rakl\u0131k uygulamas\u0131na tabi olan gen\u00e7lerin istihdam oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 68,6. Benzer bir uygulamaya dahil olmayan gen\u00e7ler aras\u0131ndaki istihdam oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 55,8. Cinsiyet e\u015fitsizli\u011fi burada da kendini g\u00f6steriyor. Staj yapan ya da \u00e7\u0131rak olan erkeklerin istihdam oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 82,2; kad\u0131nlar\u0131n oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 54,8.<\/p>\n<p>Staj ya da \u00e7\u0131rakl\u0131k uygulamalar\u0131na dahil olan gen\u00e7ler aras\u0131nda istihdam\u0131n daha y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z bir s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc sistemi yer al\u0131yor. \u00d6rne\u011fin bu grupta yer alan MESEM\u2019li gen\u00e7ler\u2026 14 ya\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren en az haftada 5 g\u00fcn i\u015fletmelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan \u00e7ocuk ve gen\u00e7ler asgari \u00fccret dahil pek \u00e7ok sosyal haktan yararlanam\u0131yor. Yani devletin \u00e7ocuk yoksullu\u011funu f\u0131rsat bilerek kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu sistem T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in \u201cgen\u00e7 istihdam ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131\u201dn\u0131n da zeminini olu\u015fturan bile\u015fenlerden biri.<\/p>\n<p>Meslek lisesi mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 34\u2019\u00fc i\u015fletme sahiplerinin e\u011fitimde kazand\u0131klar\u0131 becerilerden fazlas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fini belirtiyor. \u00dcniversite mezunlar\u0131 i\u00e7in de durum \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 de\u011fil. D\u00f6rt y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczde 74,7\u2019si i\u015finin e\u011fitimine uygun oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h3>Diploma G\u00fcvence Sa\u011flam\u0131yor<\/h3>\n<p>\u00dcniversite diplomas\u0131, i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi sa\u011flam\u0131yor. Her be\u015f gen\u00e7ten biri e\u011fitimini yar\u0131da b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f ya da b\u00f6l\u00fcm de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f. Bu durumun temel sebeplerinin ba\u015f\u0131nda yoksulluk geliyor. E\u011fitimi b\u0131rakan gen\u00e7lerin y\u00fczde 22,5\u2019i ge\u00e7inemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in okulunu terk etmek zorunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. \u00dcniversite e\u011fitimde \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme politikalar\u0131 sonucu bar\u0131nma, beslenme ve ula\u015f\u0131m gibi temel haklar\u0131n maliyeti \u00f6\u011frenciyi okuldan kopar\u0131yor. Devlet yurdu \u00e7\u0131kmayan, ailesinden har\u00e7l\u0131k alamayan ya da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak zorunda kalan gen\u00e7ler e\u011fitimine devam etmekte zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Verilere g\u00f6re gen\u00e7lerde i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131lma oran\u0131 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 45,6 iken 2024\u2019te y\u00fczde 47,2 oldu. Gen\u00e7lerde i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 17,4 iken 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 16,3 oldu. Ancak resmi verilerdeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn aksine geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda aksine bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6ze \u00e7arp\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ne e\u011fitimde ne istihdamda olan gen\u00e7lerin oran\u0131 ise 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 22,5 iken 2024\u2019te y\u00fczde 22,9 oldu.
