Konuya ili\u015fkin her felsefi ak\u0131m farkl\u0131 tan\u0131m ve yorumlar geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00f6nl\u00fc tart\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcrerken, konunun toplumsal boyutu \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015fmak, alternatif toplumsal in\u015falar i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumsal olmas\u0131yla di\u011fer varl\u0131klardan ayr\u0131lan insan i\u00e7in \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ele almay\u0131 gerektirir. Farkl\u0131 sosyal kimlikleri bar\u0131nd\u0131ran ve karma\u015f\u0131k bir yap\u0131 olmas\u0131 nedeniyle toplum, belli bir d\u00fczen olmadan varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrememektedir. D\u00fczen ise do\u011fal\u0131nda kural demektir. \u0130\u015fte tam da toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe farkl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n geli\u015fti\u011fi yer buras\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada farkl\u0131l\u0131k, bilin\u00e7 sahibi olan varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n se\u00e7im yapma kabiliyetini g\u00f6sterir. Zaten se\u00e7im yapmak \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lan temel bir ko\u015fuldur. Bu anlamda toplumdaki \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve farkl\u0131l\u0131k durumu da \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7in olmazsa olmaz bir gerekliliktir. Her \u015feyin ayn\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir yerde, farkl\u0131 tercihte bulunma \u015fans\u0131 kalmayan insan ayn\u0131l\u0131\u011fa mahkumdur.<\/p>\n<p>Ahlak\u0131n da \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckle ili\u015fkisi son derece \u00f6nemlidir. Ahlak\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc k\u0131s\u0131tlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenir. Bir yerde e\u011fer ki ahlak dogmala\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve toplumsal i\u015flevini yitirmi\u015fse orada, elbette ahlak\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcnde bir \u00a0engel haline geldi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir. Bu noktada ahlak\u0131n g\u00f6relili\u011finden s\u00f6z edilebilir. Ahlak, dogmala\u015fmama kayd\u0131yla ya\u015fam\u0131 d\u00fczenledi\u011fi oranda \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lar. \u00d6te yandan ahlaki tercih yapman\u0131n da \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Yani \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck olmadan ahlak var olamamakta, iyi ile k\u00f6t\u00fc aras\u0131nda tercih yapabilmek, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fart k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu noktada \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ahlak\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131, olu\u015fma zemini, kural haline gelmi\u015f bi\u00e7imidir.<\/p>\n<p>Benzer bi\u00e7imde, politika da \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckle s\u0131k\u0131 bir ba\u011f i\u00e7indedir. \u00d6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmenin belki de en etkili arac\u0131 politikad\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmek zaten kendini y\u00f6netmekle ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Ger\u00e7ek anlamda kendini y\u00f6netebilmek de \u00f6zg\u00fcr olmakt\u0131r. Kendi hakk\u0131nda politika yapamamak ise en derin k\u00f6lelik durumunu ifade eder. Bu durumu a\u015fman\u0131n temel arac\u0131 da demokratik siyasettir. Bu nedenle, demokratik siyasetin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmenin ger\u00e7ek sanat\u0131 oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve e\u015fitlik aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki de son derece karma\u015f\u0131k ve tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011fu zaman e\u015fitlik, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na konulur; hatta tam e\u015fitli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten taviz vermek gerekti\u011fi iddia edilir. Bu iki kavram\u0131n aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 do\u011fru anlamak, sorunu do\u011fru ortaya koymak i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir hukuk kavram\u0131 olan e\u015fitlik, t\u00fcm birey ve topluluklar\u0131n ayr\u0131m yapmaks\u0131z\u0131n ayn\u0131 haklara sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder. Oysa farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n oldu\u011fu yerde, ayn\u0131 t\u00fcr haklar\u0131n payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndan bahsedemeyiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc temelinde farkl\u0131 haklar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu nedenle e\u015fitlik, ancak farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 esas ald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir anlam kazanabilir. Sosyalist e\u015fitlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olmas\u0131n\u0131n temel nedenlerinden biri de, farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 hesaba katmamas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Ger\u00e7ek bir adalet, ancak farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 temel alan bir e\u015fitlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla sa\u011flanabilir. Zaten \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn farkl\u0131la\u015fmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirttik. Bu anlamda, politikan\u0131n temel bir g\u00f6revi de, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckle e\u015fitli\u011fin uyumunu sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ile kolektif \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck aras\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli bir tart\u0131\u015fma vard\u0131r. Kapitalist sistem bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rken, bunu toplumsal kolektiviteyi yok etmek ad\u0131na yapmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kapitalizmin liberal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, en az iktidar olgusu kadar toplumsal yap\u0131y\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6kertmektedir. Bireycili\u011fin, toplumu bireylere par\u00e7alayarak ahlak\u0131 ve politikay\u0131 i\u015flevsizle\u015ftirdi\u011fi bir ger\u00e7ektir. Bu nedenle toplum, sermaye ve iktidar tekellerine kar\u015f\u0131 son derece savunmas\u0131z bir duruma d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u015e\u00fcphesiz burada ele\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz bireyselli\u011fin kendisi de\u011fil, bireyci ideolojidir. Toplumsal\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zard\u0131 eden, birey merkezli d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcd\u00fcr. Liberalizm bi\u00e7iminde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan bu durumun, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015fanan ahlaki krizin temel sebebi oldu\u011fu da art\u0131k herkes\u00e7e bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Yine reel sosyalist pratikte a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan otoriter kolektivizm ise tersine bireysel iradeyi g\u00f6zard\u0131 etmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsanlar, toplumun kolektif iradesi olarak sunulan devlet kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda son derece silikle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu durumun, reel sosyalizmin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndeki pay\u0131 da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenemez.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u00a0temelinde kolektif \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam daha belirgin hale gelir. Ger\u00e7ek toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, bireysellik kadar topluluklar\u0131n kimli\u011fini tan\u0131mas\u0131ndan ge\u00e7er. Ancak bu temelde ele al\u0131n\u0131rsa \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlaml\u0131 bir i\u00e7erik kazanabilir. Bireysel ve kolektif \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler ancak bu zeminlerde uyumlu hale geldi\u011finde, \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir toplumsal d\u00fczen kurulabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ok kar\u015f\u0131t gibi dursalar da, ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen liberal bireycilik ile reel sosyalizm kolektivizmi aras\u0131nda yap\u0131sal bir benzerlik ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her ikisi de asl\u0131nda ayn\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n farkl\u0131 y\u00fczleri olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015flerdir. Devlet\u00e7i sosyalizm ve \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme siyasetinin ayn\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011furmas\u0131 bu \u00e7eli\u015fkili benzerli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 itibariyle, demokratik toplum; bireysel ve kolektif \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn uyumunu ve farkl\u0131l\u0131klara dayanan bir e\u015fitlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kurmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan en uygun toplumsal model olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.
