Ama bin y\u0131l\u0131n hikayesi i\u015flenmez veya inkar ve imha siyasetinin sonucu olarak i\u00e7i bo\u015falt\u0131lmaya, yok say\u0131lmaya d\u00f6n\u00fck o kadar \u00e7ok hikaye uydurulmu\u015f ki, \u00e7o\u011fu insan ona ikna edilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u201ckarda y\u00fcr\u00fcrken ayaklar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018kart-kurt\u2019 sesinden\u201d K\u00fcrt yaratm\u0131\u015flar. Ve ard\u0131ndan da \u201cK\u00fcrt-T\u00fcrk karde\u015ftir\u201d demi\u015fler. Olmam\u0131\u015f veya olu\u015fmam\u0131\u015f olandan bir karde\u015fli\u011fin de olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemi\u015fler, Cumhuriyet tarihi boyunca t\u00fcm topluma bunu bir hikaye olarak propaganda etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Hayali anlat\u0131mlarda, hikayelerde, efsanelerde olgu ve olu\u015flar zamandan ve mekandan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zd\u0131r. Onun i\u00e7in hi\u00e7bir bilimsel de\u011feri yoktur. Genelde masal anlat\u0131mlar\u0131 \u201cevvel zaman i\u00e7inde, kalbur saman i\u00e7in bir varm\u0131\u015f bir yokmu\u015f\u201d diye ba\u015flar. T\u0131pk\u0131 \u201cK\u00fcrt-T\u00fcrk karde\u015ftir\u201d denirken bile bu y\u00f6nteme ba\u015fvuruldu\u011fu gibi. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla tarihsel ve bilimsel bak\u0131mdan da herhangi bir ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi de yoktur. Olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen b\u00f6ylece tarih sapt\u0131r\u0131lmakta, bir halk \u00fclkesiyle birlikte hikaye ve masal\u0131n i\u00e7inde yok edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Devlet Bah\u00e7eli\u2019nin yeni paradigmas\u0131 bu masal d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p herkesi toplumsal hakikatle tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 sa\u011flayabilir. Temel bir yasad\u0131r; \u201cherhangi bir toplumsal sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir m\u00fccadele, toplumsal hakikati ifade etmeksizin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamaz.\u201d Onun i\u00e7in son iki y\u00fcz y\u0131l\u0131k isyan ve soyk\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7e\u011finden ve \u00f6zellikle son elli y\u0131ll\u0131k sava\u015f ger\u00e7e\u011finden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p tarihsel ger\u00e7eklerle y\u00fczle\u015fmek de tarihsel bir zorunluluk ve siyasal sorumluluk gere\u011fidir. D\u00fcnyada da bunun bir\u00e7ok \u00f6rne\u011fi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Y\u00fcz y\u0131l\u0131 bulan sava\u015flardan sonra yeni\u015femeyece\u011fini anlad\u0131klar\u0131nda s\u0131\u011f\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 tek adres karde\u015fle\u015fme olmaktad\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda inkar ve imha siyasetine ba\u015fvurmadan \u00f6nce de karde\u015f\u00e7e ya\u015faman\u0131n elbette imkanlar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ama kapitalist modernitenin azami kar h\u0131rs\u0131 illa sava\u015farak do\u011fru yolun kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 aralamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa ger\u00e7ekten bin y\u0131l \u00f6nce K\u00fcrtlerle T\u00fcrkler ayn\u0131 co\u011frafyada birlikte ya\u015famaya karar vermi\u015flerdi. K\u00fcrtler o zaman da ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 topraklar\u0131n sahipleriydiler. T\u00fcrkler ise Orta Asya\u2019dan yola \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015flar ama kendilerine hen\u00fcz bir yurt kuramam\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Ortado\u011fu\u2019ya ula\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 zaman bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130ran\u2019da paral\u0131 asker olmu\u015flar, artlar\u0131 s\u0131ra gelecek olan T\u00fcrki boylar\u0131 beklemi\u015flerdi. Bizans ise Anadolu\u2019ya yerle\u015fmi\u015f, K\u00fcrt co\u011frafyas\u0131na do\u011fru ilerliyordu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hem K\u00fcrtlerin hem de Abbasilerin Bizans\u2019\u0131 durdurmaya ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 vard\u0131. Abbasi halifesinden Sultanl\u0131k unvan\u0131 alan Sel\u00e7uklular\u0131n da yurt edinme ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 vard\u0131. Onun i\u00e7in ya K\u00fcrtlerin yurduna sald\u0131racak ve i\u015fgalci bir konuma d\u00fc\u015feceklerdi ya da K\u00fcrlerle birlikte karde\u015f\u00e7e ya\u015famaya karar vereceklerdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte bu saiklerle Sultan Alparslan Anadolu\u2019nun kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 aralamak i\u00e7in kendisine m\u00fcttefik aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her iki halk\u0131n \u00f6nde gelenleri hem Bizans i\u015fgalinden kurtulmak hem de yeni gelenlere kom\u015fu yurt edindirmek i\u00e7in ittifak kurarlar. Bu ama\u00e7la Sultan Alparslan\u2019\u0131n T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131ndan toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 asker say\u0131s\u0131 kadar Mervani Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da 1071 Malazgirt sava\u015f\u0131na asker katm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bizans kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki bu tarihi sava\u015fta T\u00fcrkler kadar K\u00fcrtlerde yer alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Tarihi bu zaferden sonra hem K\u00fcrtler i\u015fgal tehdidinden kurtulur hem de T\u00fcrkler Anadolu\u2019yu yurt edinirler. B\u00f6ylece \u201cK\u00fcrt ve T\u00fcrk karde\u015ftir\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn de temelleri at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur. Tarih, masallar\u0131n, hikayelerin ve efsanelerin ard\u0131ndaki ger\u00e7e\u011fi b\u00f6yle izah eder.<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7ekten de 1071 Malazgirt sava\u015f\u0131ndan 1800\u2019lere kadar K\u00fcrtlerle T\u00fcrkler ciddi hi\u00e7bir sorun ya\u015famam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hatta Osmanl\u0131 Sultan\u0131 Yavuz Selim, 1514-1517 Safevi sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra K\u00fcrtlerin Sava\u015fta tuttuklar\u0131 saflardan hareketle bo\u015f bir ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131 imzalay\u0131p, K\u00fcrtlerin kendi stat\u00fclerini belirlemelerini istemi\u015ftir. Ama K\u00fcrtler, Sultan Selim\u2019in bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u201cf\u0131rsat bilip\u201d kendilerine bir stat\u00fc belirlemektense birlikte karde\u015fliklerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi esas alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Ta ki, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Viyana kap\u0131lar\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131r darbeler alarak geri p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fclme s\u00fcrecine kadar K\u00fcrtlerle T\u00fcrklerin ciddi hi\u00e7 bir sorunu olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kurtulu\u015f sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcleri de ayn\u0131 yolu izlemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>19 May\u0131s 1919\u2019daki Samsun\u2019a \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f asl\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck umut aray\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ama\u00e7la Samsundan yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak K\u00fcrdistan illerinde ilk g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler, ilk toplant\u0131lar, ilk kongreler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Kurtulu\u015f sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn ili\u015fki ve ittifaklar\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan co\u011frafyas\u0131nda \u015fekillendirilir. Nitekim Erzurum ve Sivas kongreleri de bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi teyit ederler. Lozan\u2019a kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn resmi belgeler K\u00fcrt ve T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi \u00fczerinden \u015fekillenir.<\/p>\n<p>Lozan antla\u015fmas\u0131 asl\u0131nda y\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k inkar ve imhan\u0131n da anla\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Birinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l hedefi konumunda olan Osmanl\u0131 ve Rus imparatorluklar\u0131 sava\u015fla par\u00e7alanacak, yerine Avrupa merkezi uygarl\u0131k sisteminin s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeleri haline getirilecekti. Ama Ekim Devrimi b\u00fct\u00fcn bu hesaplar\u0131 bozdu\u011fundan, \u0130ngiliz s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fi alel acele Ortado\u011fu\u2019da ulus devletler kurarak \u00e7ekildi. Araplar\u0131 yirmi iki devlete b\u00f6ld\u00fc. Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 par\u00e7alay\u0131p K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 d\u00f6rt par\u00e7aya ay\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece yepyeni bir isyan ate\u015finin fitilini ate\u015fleyerek Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n yerine biraz da proto \u0130srail devleti olarak T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetinin kurulmas\u0131na raz\u0131 oldu. Y\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k cumhuriyet ise \u0130ngilizlerin \u201cb\u00f6l, par\u00e7ala, y\u00f6net\u201d politikas\u0131n\u0131n resmi belgesi konumunda olan Lozan antla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 kendisine dayanak yaparak bin y\u0131ll\u0131k karde\u015flik akdini sonland\u0131rarak inkar ve imha siyasetinin sonucu olarak y\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k soyk\u0131r\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131yla bug\u00fcne geldi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bug\u00fcn, asla d\u00fcnden farkl\u0131 de\u011fildir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131, birinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcz y\u0131l sonra tamamlamak \u00fczere planlanm\u0131\u015f ve uygulamaya konulmu\u015f bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Yine \u0130ngiliz \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 esas al\u0131narak uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Aradaki fark, birinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda \u0130ngilizler d\u00fcnyan\u0131n hegemon g\u00fcc\u00fc iken ikinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda kendi g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc r\u0131zas\u0131yla ABD\u2019ye devretti\u011finden zaman zaman \u0130ngiliz ve Amerikan \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7atlak sesleriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yor olsak da asl\u0131nda her \u015fey \u0130ngiliz plan\u0131 olarak i\u015flemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Birinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131nda \u0130ngilizler Ortado\u011fu\u2019da bir \u0130srail devleti kurmak istiyorlard\u0131. Ekim Devrimi bu plan\u0131 geriletmi\u015f, \u0130kinci d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra giri\u015fim ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sonunda ise bu plan tamamlanmak istenmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Ortado\u011fu\u2019da \u0130srail hegemon bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak tamamlanmak istenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu bak\u0131mdan K\u00fcrt ve T\u00fcrk halklar\u0131 i\u00e7in her \u015fey bin y\u0131l \u00f6nceki s\u00fcreci tarif etmektedir. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131; demokratik uygarl\u0131k de\u011ferleriyle devlet gibi ba\u015fka ayg\u0131tlara y\u00f6nelmeden t\u00fcm soyk\u0131r\u0131m sava\u015flar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 kendisini korumay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015f bir halk olarak varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde stat\u00fcye kavu\u015fturmak istemektedirler. \u00a0Ayn\u0131 bi\u00e7imde T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti i\u00e7in de \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n gizli planlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tam bir varl\u0131k-yokluk sorunu olarak g\u00fcndemle\u015fecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Dolays\u0131yla bu emperyalist oyun ve planlamalara kar\u015f\u0131 bin y\u0131l \u00f6nce ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen karde\u015flik \u015fiar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 koyulabilir. Aksi taktirde her iki halk da \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck kaybedebilir. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 yirmi bin y\u0131ll\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131yla varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015f bir halkt\u0131r. Ancak T\u00fcrkiye halk\u0131 hi\u00e7bir kader sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kendi ba\u015f\u0131na ba\u015faramam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrklerin b\u00f6yle bir tarihi miraslar\u0131 yoktur.
