Tarih ve gelene\u011fi ne kadar do\u011fru biliyorsan, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ve gelece\u011fi, bu tarihi i\u00e7selle\u015ftirdi\u011finde \u00fcst\u00fcne ekleyece\u011fin kadar de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilirsin. De\u011fi\u015fimin ve devrimin alt\u0131n kural\u0131, bu form\u00fcl\u00fcn uygulanmas\u0131ndan ge\u00e7er. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, \u00f6zellikle nitel s\u0131\u00e7rama s\u00fcre\u00e7leri olarak tan\u0131mlanan, t\u00fcm devrimci olgu, olay ve s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin gelenekten kaynaklanan katl\u0131 \u015fifrelerini \u00e7\u00f6zmeden; do\u011fru, arzulanan, amaca uygun geli\u015fmeler yaratmak inanc\u0131 olduk\u00e7a yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcm endi\u015fem, \u00e7ok eksikli ve yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klarla dolu da olsa, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m tarihsel toplumsal tan\u0131mlamalar olmadan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn do\u011fru tan\u0131mlanamayaca\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"1806\">Toplumsal gelenekle g\u00fcncellik aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin do\u011fru tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131 sosyal bilimlerde halen ciddi bir sorundur. G\u00fcncel ya\u015fanan olguyu, olay ve s\u00fcre\u00e7leri gelene\u011fe ba\u011flamadan ne kadar tan\u0131yabiliriz? Gelenek g\u00fcncellik \u00fczerinde ne kadar etkilidir? Toplumun kendisi hangi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler i\u00e7inde gelenek ve g\u00fcncelli\u011fi bir arada ve nas\u0131l ya\u015fayabilir? Bu sorulara yan\u0131t vermeden, g\u00fcncel durum ve olas\u0131 geli\u015fmeler hakk\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i de\u011ferlendirmeler yapmak g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr. Yap\u0131lanlar eksik ve yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klarla dolu olacakt\u0131r. Y\u00f6ntem olarak s\u00fcrekli tarih ve g\u00fcnceli birbirine ba\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z bu nedenledir. Bir kez daha kan\u0131m\u0131 dile getirirsem, gelene\u011fin b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda \u015fifreli de olsa g\u00fcncelin i\u00e7inde g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc oldu\u011fudur. G\u00fcncel an ve ko\u015fullar san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00e7ok az geleneksel veriyi de\u011fi\u015fime u\u011fratmaktad\u0131r. Ama olgular d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda bunu anlamak i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 kodlu \u015fifreleri \u00e7\u00f6zmek gerekir. Yo\u011fun tarihsel tan\u0131mlamalar yapmam\u0131n nedeni, bu g\u00fcncel \u00f6rt\u00fck \u015fifreleri \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7indir. Halklar \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerini tarihten nas\u0131l gelmi\u015flerse \u00f6yle geli\u015ftirirler. Tarihsellik, gelenek, k\u00fclt\u00fcr her ne denilirse denilsin, her halk grubunun bir tarihi vard\u0131r. Klan toplumundan beri \u015fekillenen halk topluluklar\u0131 tarih boyunca jeok\u00fclt\u00fcr \u2013yer ko\u015fullanmas\u0131\u2013 ve politik yap\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda varolu\u015f refleksleriyle bi\u00e7im kazanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"2913\">Bir \u00f6rnekle daha iyi izah edebilirim. Herkesin \u2013 20. y\u00fczy\u0131lla ideolojik-siyasi olarak ilgilenen\u2013 tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 Lenin\u2019in devrimci d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden herhalde \u015f\u00fcphe edilemez. Lenin hem teorik hem pratik iktidarla ilgilendi\u011finde, ondaki \u015fifreyi \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc sanm\u0131yorum. \u00c7\u00f6zemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in de kurdu\u011fu sistemle en \u00e7ok kendi ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 tasfiye etti, bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. \u015eifreleri do\u011fru \u00e7\u00f6zememenin \u00f6nemi buradad\u0131r. \u0130ktidar hakk\u0131nda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz devrimcilerinden kat be kat daha do\u011fru tan\u0131mlama yapan, saymakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekece\u011fimiz bilgeler var. Belki iktidar\u0131 y\u0131kmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r, ama kendilerini kirletmemi\u015flerdir de. Bunlar\u0131 \u00f6nemsiz sayabilir miyiz? Lenin\u2019in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2013\u00c7arl\u0131k Rusya\u2019s\u0131ndan kalma\u2013 iktidar bloklar\u0131yla in\u015fa edilen sosyalizm ancak 70 y\u0131l dayand\u0131. O da kar\u015f\u0131t oldu\u011fu sisteme tarihi hizmetlerde bulunduktan sonra \u2013s\u0131radan rakip bir iktidar olan Saddam kadar\u2013 direnmeden \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc. S\u00f6z ve ama\u00e7 birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu bir d\u00fcnyaya haber bile vermeden, adeta ihanet ederek. Bence Leninist sistemi ucu buca\u011f\u0131 olmayan ele\u015ftirilere bo\u011fmak yerine, sadece \u2018iktidar\u0131n \u00e7ok kodlu \u015fifresini\u2019 \u00e7\u00f6zemedi\u011fini belirterek de\u011ferlendirmek en do\u011frusudur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2915\" data-end=\"3650\">\u015e\u00fcphesiz ge\u00e7mi\u015f taklit edilerek ya\u015fanmaz. Ama gelenek temel al\u0131nmadan, yeni olan da yarat\u0131lamaz. Konunun ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren, Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 facia, deh\u015fet dolu ya\u015fam\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ya\u015fam\u0131n en son teknoloji kullan\u0131lsa da, envai t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u015fiddet y\u00f6ntemleriyle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenememesi kadar, ekonomik, mali, siyasi, e\u011fitsel \u00e7abalarla da vah\u015fetten daha beter durumdan kurtulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131, hemfikir olunan bir ger\u00e7ektir. Ama mutlaka ivedi baz\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleyici \u00e7abalar\u0131 sergilemek gerekti\u011fi de gayet a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Bu nedenle gelene\u011fi, ana kavramlar kapsam\u0131nda ne kadar ele\u015ftiriye a\u00e7\u0131k da olsa \u00e7\u00f6zme \u00e7abam \u00f6nemlidir. Onsuz g\u00fcncel \u00e7abalar\u0131n anlaml\u0131 olamayaca\u011f\u0131na, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7 veremeyece\u011fine dair derin kan\u0131lar ta\u015f\u0131maktay\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3652\" data-end=\"4430\">Demokratik Ekolojik Toplum paradigmas\u0131 rijit, kesin s\u0131n\u0131f, ulus ve devlet kategorilerinden hareket etmez. Umudunu salt gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131maz. Kuru bir ge\u00e7mi\u015f inanc\u0131na da dayanamaz. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczle tarih, tarihle gelecek aras\u0131nda ba\u011f kurmak \u00e7ok daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7idir. Tarihten kopmayla hi\u00e7bir \u015feyin do\u011fru tan\u0131mlanamayaca\u011f\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fclemeyece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Tarih yaln\u0131z ibretlik bir ayna de\u011fil, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ger\u00e7ekli\u011fin kendisidir. Eskiyi kolay terk etmenin ger\u00e7e\u011fi kaybetmek anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fi, her \u015feyi gelece\u011fe saklaman\u0131n ya\u015fayan ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi hayallere terk etmek oldu\u011fu net\u00e7e anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcn \u2013 bug\u00fcn \u2013 gelecek aras\u0131nda pek uzun bir mesafe ve zaman olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, olsa da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir de\u011fi\u015fme anlam\u0131na gelmedi\u011fini g\u00f6rmek daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i, ya\u015fan\u0131lan ana daha sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4432\" data-end=\"4765\">\u201cTarih ve gelenek neyse, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ve gelecek odur\u201d b\u00fcy\u00fck ilkesine g\u00f6re d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve davranmay\u0131 bilmek gerekir. Tarih ve gelene\u011fi ne kadar do\u011fru biliyorsan, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ve gelece\u011fi, bu tarihi i\u00e7selle\u015ftirdi\u011finde \u00fcst\u00fcne ekleyece\u011fin kadar de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilirsin. De\u011fi\u015fimin ve devrimin alt\u0131n kural\u0131, bu form\u00fcl\u00fcn uygulanmas\u0131ndan ge\u00e7er.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4767\" data-end=\"5518\">Toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fclerin temel kay\u0131p nedenlerinden birisi tahakk\u00fcmc\u00fc tarih s\u00f6ylemlerine yenik d\u00fc\u015fmeleridir. Kazanmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in de ba\u015fta gerekli olan, kendi tarihlerini ya\u015fama g\u00fc\u00e7lerini g\u00f6sterebilme yetene\u011fidir. Kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck tarihini, \u2013hatta bu olmasa bile\u2013 gelene\u011fini ahlaki tutum olarak sergileyebilmek gere\u011fidir. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck istememek gibi bir durum e\u011fer bask\u0131 varsa asla s\u00f6z konusu olamaz. Tarih hi\u00e7bir zaman tahakk\u00fcmc\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7lerin tek tarafl\u0131 iradesiyle belirlenmemi\u015ftir. Kal\u0131c\u0131 belirlenmeyi toplumlar\u0131n kom\u00fcnal demokratik duru\u015fu sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onu tarihte ay\u0131rt etmek, g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karmak \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelecilerinin \u00f6ncelikli g\u00f6revidir. Her ot k\u00f6k\u00fc \u00fczerinde ye\u015ferir.
