Politikle\u015fmeyi \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmenin ana bi\u00e7imi olarak kabul edersek, her toplumu politikle\u015ftirdik\u00e7e \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirebilece\u011fimizi, tersi olarak da toplumu \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirdik\u00e7e daha fazla politikle\u015ftirdi\u011fimizi bilmek durumunday\u0131z.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kapitalist d\u00fcnya sisteminde politika en b\u00fcy\u00fck kayb\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Nas\u0131l bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck alan\u0131 olarak ahlaki t\u00fckeni\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn bir fenomeni ise, ondan daha fazla olarak politika alan\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fckeni\u015fi s\u00f6z konusudur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck istiyorsak, en ba\u015fta toplumun kolektif vicdan\u0131 olan ahlak\u0131 ve ortak akl\u0131 olarak politikay\u0131 t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleriyle ve entelekt\u00fcel g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fczle yeniden aya\u011fa kald\u0131r\u0131p i\u015flevsel k\u0131lmaktan ba\u015fka \u00e7aremiz yok gibidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiler daha da karma\u015f\u0131kt\u0131r. Hangisinin hangisinden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrekli tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yine de kaynak olarak, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce birikimi olarak ahlaka dayanmadan ne politik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin, ne de politikan\u0131n kendisinin yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 toplum \u00e7ok iyi bilmektedir. Politika g\u00fcnl\u00fck kolektif (toplumun ortak \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131) i\u015fler i\u00e7in ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir eylem alan\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015fler konusunda farkl\u0131, hatta ayk\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler olsa bile, tart\u0131\u015fma ve karar almalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u015fartt\u0131r. Politikas\u0131z toplum ya ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n kurallar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fc misali takip eden, ya da ba\u015f\u0131 kopar\u0131lan tavuk misali z\u0131playan hayvandan farks\u0131zd\u0131r. Toplumun \u00f6z d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce g\u00fcc\u00fc bir \u00fcstyap\u0131 kurumu de\u011fildir; toplumun beynidir. Organlar\u0131 ahlak ve politikad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumun ahlaki ve siyasi (politik) dokular\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcmle\u015ftirilerek i\u015f g\u00f6remez hale getirilmesi en temel sorunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz ahlak ve politik dokular, alanlar t\u00fcm\u00fcyle yok edilemez. Toplum var olduk\u00e7a, ahlak ve politika da var olacakt\u0131r. Ama iktidar ve devletin bir uzmanl\u0131k ve tecr\u00fcbe alan\u0131 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle yarat\u0131c\u0131 ve i\u015flevsel yeteneklerini yerine getirememektedir.
