Tart\u0131\u015fma konular\u0131 olduk\u00e7a fazla, bizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00f6nemli olan \u015fey ise t\u00fcm bu tart\u0131\u015fma ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n etik ve estetik a\u00e7\u0131dan, toplumsal ve felsefi a\u00e7\u0131dan irdelenmesi olmakta. Akla gelen ilk sorulardan biri \u015fu olmakta; genel olarak teknik ve dijital alanla ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fcnen bu ba\u015fl\u0131klar neden yo\u011fun etik ve toplumsal tart\u0131\u015fmalara yol a\u00e7makta? Demek ki bu tart\u0131\u015fma ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fcklerinden daha fazla anlam ta\u015f\u0131makta ve toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi y\u00fcr\u00fcten g\u00fc\u00e7ler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha derinlikli ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken noktalara i\u015faret etmekte. Bu konular\u0131n yap\u0131sall\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlamam\u0131z gerekir ki buna kar\u015f\u0131 nas\u0131l konumlanaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, bu y\u00f6ntem ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131 nas\u0131l de\u011ferlendirebilece\u011fimizi do\u011fru tespit edebilelim.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle 2000\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren d\u00fcnya uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131k dijital \u00e7a\u011fa, yeni bir ileti\u015fim \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na girdi\u011fi yolunda bir anlat\u0131 geli\u015ftirildi. Peki bu anlat\u0131n\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131 nereye dayanmakta, toplumsal tarihin, k\u00fcresel kapitalizmin ve kapitalizme kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadelenin hangi d\u00f6nemlerine denk gelmekte? A\u00e7\u0131k ki bunlar\u0131 tespit etmeden, dijital \u00e7a\u011f anlat\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ve kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011fru de\u011ferlendiremez, bunlara kar\u015f\u0131 kendimizi do\u011fru konumland\u0131ramay\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ku\u015fkusuz dijital \u00e7a\u011f anlat\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n temel dayana\u011f\u0131 internet kullan\u0131m\u0131yla do\u011fru orant\u0131l\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015ftir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nternetin d\u00fcnyam\u0131z ve insan toplumu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kal\u0131c\u0131 ve ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oldu\u011funa ili\u015fkin ilk iddialar, kapitalist modernite sisteminin sistem kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lere d\u00f6n\u00fck ideolojik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6neme denk gelmekte. Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u201cTarihin Sonu\u201d ad\u0131yla kitaplar\u0131n bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, k\u00fcresel kapitalizmin zafer \u015f\u00f6lenleri d\u00fczenledi\u011fi, kapitalizmin kendi r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcn\u00fc ispatlad\u0131\u011f\u0131, a\u015f\u0131lamaz bir sistem oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde a\u011f\u0131r ideolojik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nemde Dijital \u00c7a\u011f anlat\u0131s\u0131 piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nternet kullan\u0131m\u0131 her ne kadar kamusal alanda 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n sonundan itibaren kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flansa da internetin tarihi askeri ve istihbari kurumlar\u0131n faaliyetleriyle ba\u015flar. Bu ileti\u015fim arac\u0131-imk\u00e2n\u0131, on y\u0131llarca toplum kullan\u0131ma kapal\u0131 bir sistem olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131 ve geli\u015ftirildi. Ne tesad\u00fcf ki Sovyetlerin y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan sonra 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ortas\u0131ndan itibaren herkesin ula\u015fabildi\u011fi bir hizmet haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc!<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nternet sistemlerinin topluma sunulma bi\u00e7imi kapitalist reklam d\u00fcnyas\u0131na olduk\u00e7a uyumlu bir \u015fekilde geli\u015fti. \u0130nternet sistemleri demokrasi ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7lerini etkileme amac\u0131yla \u201cdemokratik, merkezlere kar\u015f\u0131, hiyerar\u015fiye kar\u015f\u0131, e\u015fitleyici bir ara\u00e7\u201d olarak reklam edildi. Art\u0131k bilginin devlet ve medya tekellerinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zla\u015faca\u011f\u0131, herkesin e\u015fit bir \u015fekilde bilgiye ula\u015fabilece\u011fi, fikirlerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrce kendi ifade edece\u011fi yeni bir \u201c\u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirici mecra\u201d olarak bolca propaganda edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k ve k\u00fcresel kapitalizme kar\u015f\u0131 \u201c\u015ferbetli\u201d olan t\u00fcm sistem i\u00e7i g\u00fc\u00e7ler \u015fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi \u00e7ok iyi bilir, kapitalizm reklam etti\u011fi \u015feyin \u201ctam kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla t\u00fcm toplumsal alan\u0131 etkilemek i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi arg\u00fcmanlar \u00f6z\u00fc itibariyle topluma daha fazla par\u00e7alamaya d\u00f6n\u00fck bir ama\u00e7la ili\u015fkiliydi. \u00d6zcesi, internetin askeri-istihbari kurumlar\u0131n \u00f6zel alan\u0131 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p kamuya a\u00e7\u0131k hale getirilmesi, toplumsal zaman\u0131n ve mek\u00e2n\u0131n t\u00fcmden ele ge\u00e7irilmesi-s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak geli\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bu sistem marifetiyle \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i olmak ve ya\u015famak, e\u015f anlama getirilmi\u015f-e\u015fitlenmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi \u201cinternet d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n\u201d \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi g\u00fcnl\u00fck ger\u00e7ekliklere e\u011filerek daha fazla somutla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m. \u0130nternet d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n iki temel s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc var; \u201coffline\u201d ve \u201conline\u201d, yani \u201c\u00e7evrimd\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201d ve \u201c\u00e7evrimi\u00e7i\u201d olmak. Asl\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir dikkatle ve yaln\u0131zca bir harf de\u011fi\u015fimiyle kapitalist sistemin bu s\u00f6zc\u00fcklere y\u00fckledi\u011fi anlam netle\u015ftirilebilir. \u201cOfflife\u201d ve \u201con-life\u201d olmak, yani ya\u015fam d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve ya\u015fam i\u00e7i olmak. \u0130\u015fin hakikati ifade edilecekse bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi g\u00f6rmemiz gerekiyor. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm g\u00fcnl\u00fck ili\u015fkilerine, ileti\u015fimine, payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131na y\u00f6n veren bu kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131rma olmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fer internete ba\u011fl\u0131ysan ya\u015fama ba\u011fl\u0131s\u0131n, e\u011fer ba\u011fl\u0131 de\u011filsen ya\u015fam d\u0131\u015f\u0131s\u0131n! Bu sistem marifetiyle \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i olmak ve ya\u015famak, e\u015f anlama getirilmi\u015f-e\u015fitlenmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumla ili\u015fki kurmak, arkada\u015f edinmek, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmek, yeni toplumsal ili\u015fkiler geli\u015ftirmek yerine \u201csosyal medya\u201d kavram\u0131 ikame edilmi\u015ftir. Kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n kendisi olduk\u00e7a yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 bir tehlikeyi i\u00e7ermektedir. Art\u0131k birbirimize ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, kendi hayatlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6zerk y\u00f6neticileri oldu\u011fumuz ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i hesab\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l idare ediyorsak arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da \u00f6yle idare edebilece\u011fimiz inanc\u0131n\u0131 besler bu kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131rma. Yine, toplumsal belle\u011fi devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakmak ve toplumsal zaman\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek, k\u00fcresel kapitalizmin temel bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi ve amac\u0131 olarak internet a\u011flar\u0131-dijital d\u00fcnya eliyle 7 g\u00fcn 24 saat kesintisiz bir \u015fekilde ilerlemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Peki toplum lehine ve yarar\u0131na oldu\u011fu yo\u011funca propaganda edilen bu dijital ileti\u015fim sistemlerini kim yap\u0131land\u0131rmak, geli\u015ftirmektedir? Toplumun kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 dijital ara\u00e7lar, sistemler kimlerin denetimindedir? Toplumsal dinamiklerin \u015fekillendi\u011fi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonucu mu bu sistemler geli\u015ftirilmektedir?
