Bu tarihten sonra cemiyet \u00fcyeleri s\u00fcrekli g\u00f6zetim alt\u0131nda tutulup g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131yorlard\u0131. 1895 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ermeniler ile \u0130stanbul&#8217;da organize etti\u011fi protestolar 3 g\u00fcn s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Sokak \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ya\u015fand\u0131. Y\u00fczlerce asker ve g\u00f6sterici \u00f6ld\u00fc. Bu olaydan sonra Cemiyet isminden s\u00f6z ettirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. 2. Abd\u00fclhamid bu olaylar\u0131<br \/>\ngerek\u00e7e g\u00f6stererek cemiyet hakk\u0131nda sert \u00f6nlemler almaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Cemiyetin \u00f6nc\u00fc kadrolar\u0131 \u0130stanbul&#8217;u terk ederek Paris&#8217;e s\u00fcrg\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar. Baz\u0131 kadrolar\u0131 da Osmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011funun ikinci ba\u015fkenti Selanik&#8217;e s\u00fcrg\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar. Selanik \u015fehri liman ticaret vas\u0131tas\u0131yla de\u011fi\u015fik halklar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli merkezi \u015fehirdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle i\u015f insan\u0131 Alorko Holding sahibi \u0130shak Alaton&#8217;un an\u0131lar\u0131nda Selanik Yahudilerin ittihat\u00e7\u0131 kadrolar\u0131n<br \/>\nT\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc ideolojisinin benimsemesinde \u00f6nemli roller \u00fcstendi\u011fini belirtmi\u015fler. Yahudi sermayesi \u015funu \u00e7ok<br \/>\niyi biliyordu. Osmanl\u0131&#8217;da ticareti kontrol eden gayri-m\u00fcsl\u00fcm halklar\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle Ermeni, Rum, S\u00fcryaniler<br \/>\nMezoptamya ve Anadolu&#8217;daki uzun s\u00fcredir ellerinde ticari tekeller bulunduruyordu. Osmanl\u0131 tebeas\u0131<br \/>\nM\u00fcsl\u00fcman halklar ticaret tekellerinden \u00e7ok topra\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k i\u015flerinde etkindir. Talat<br \/>\nPa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n Yahudi oldu\u011funu belirten tarih\u00e7iler vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrk derin devleti veya T\u00fcrk devlet akl\u0131 \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 paradigma ile hareket ediyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ttihat Terakki \u00f6nc\u00fc kadrolar\u0131 pozitivist sosyolojiyi Osmanl\u0131 ve T\u00fcrk toplumuna uygulamak istiyorlard\u0131. Pozitivist sosyolojiye toplum muhafazakar birlik i\u00e7inde geli\u015fmeyi esas al\u0131yorlard\u0131. Pozitivizm toplumsal de\u011ferler \u00fc\u00e7 evre \u015feklinde cereyan ettiklerini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrer; telolojik evre, metafizik evre, son ve ebedi olan pozitivist evre olarak insan zihniyetini belirdi\u011fini iddia eder. Daha sonra pozitivist felsefe fa\u015fizmin sosyal darvinist yoluyla fa\u015fist ideolojinin bilimi olmu\u015ftur. Fa\u015fizm Hitler fa\u015fizmi \u00f6rne\u011finde oldu\u011fu gibi toplumu<br \/>\nhastal\u0131kl\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedavi olarak toplumun tek bir lider ve ideoloji etraf\u0131nda birle\u015ferek toplumun ayr\u0131k otlar\u0131 diye tabir ettikleri di\u011fer halklar\u0131n soyk\u0131r\u0131mdan ge\u00e7irilmesi gerekti\u011fi \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerler. Hamit Bozarslan g\u00f6re, \u0130ttihat Terakki sosyal darvinist projesine o kadar inan\u0131yorlard\u0131 ki, T\u00fcrk zihin d\u00fcnyas\u0131 bu ideolojiye g\u00f6re \u015fekillenmeli b\u00fct\u00fcn T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn birli\u011fi olan &#8220;Turanc\u0131l\u0131k&#8221; fikryat\u0131 tek ideolojik formasyon \u015feklinde kabullenmelidir. Kan\u0131mca \u0130ttihat Terakki g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde fikriyat\u0131 o kadar derin ki, T\u00fcrk derin devleti<br \/>\nveya T\u00fcrk devlet akl\u0131 \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 paradigma ile hareket ediyor. Turanc\u0131l\u0131k fikriyat\u0131 \u00c7in Seddi&#8217;nden Orta Avrupa&#8217;ya kadar turan \u00fclkesi olarak kabul edilir. \u0130lk \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n islamiyeti bir Arap dini olarak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsedi\u011fini belirtmek gerekir. T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar T\u00fcrk&#8217;lerin eski \u015eaman dini ve G\u00f6k Tengri dinine d\u00f6n\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtir. Orta Asya gelene\u011fi hem k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hem de siyasal olarak &#8220;Hakan&#8221; ulu lider etraf\u0131nda birle\u015fmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 kadrolar Prusya(Alman) yanl\u0131s\u0131 bir politika izliyorlard\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ttihat Terakki ve Ermeni S\u00fcryani jenosidleri 1908 2. Me\u015fruiyet ilan\u0131ndan sonra padi\u015fah\u0131n yetkileri k\u0131s\u0131tland\u0131. Balkan harbiden sonra Osmanl\u0131 Devleti b\u00fcy\u00fck toprak kayb\u0131na u\u011fray\u0131nca J\u00f6n T\u00fcrk hareketi<br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k fikriyat\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnce T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck ideolojisi tek hakim fikriyat olarak g\u00fc\u00e7lendi. 1913 Tarihinde Bab Ali bask\u0131n\u0131 ile \u0130ttihat Terakki Cemiyeti iktidar\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irir. \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 kadrolar Enver Pa\u015fa, Talat Pa\u015fa, Cemal Pa\u015fa 1913 Bab-Ali bask\u0131n\u0131ndan sonra merkezi ve tek elden y\u00fcr\u00fctecek \u015feklinde iktidar\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irdiler. Padi\u015fahl\u0131k makam\u0131 sembolik haline geldi. \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 kadrolar Prusya(Alman) yanl\u0131s\u0131 bir politika izliyorlard\u0131. Goltz Pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n Prusya i\u00e7in yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Asker millet teorisi Osmanl\u0131 subaylar\u0131 ve ittihat\u00e7\u0131 kadrolar aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck yank\u0131 bulmu\u015ftur. Murat Belge&#8217;nin Militarist modernle\u015fme kitab\u0131nda belirti\u011fi gibi bu kitap Almanca&#8217;dan ba\u015fka dile terc\u00fcmesi Osmanl\u0131ca ve \u0130talyanca ve Japonca olmu\u015ftur. Daha sonra bu \u00fclkelerde fa\u015fizmin t\u0131bk\u0131 Prusya gibi fa\u015fizmin iktidara gelmesi tesad\u00fcf olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtir. Prusya generali Goltz pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n Asker millet eserinde sosyal darvinist paradigmasyla yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Toplumsal m\u00fchendislik \u015feklinde toplumun Asker gibi e\u011fitimden ge\u00e7irilip, asker gibi yeti\u015ftirip, her erkek bireyin sava\u015fmaya haz\u0131r olmas\u0131n\u0131 gerekti\u011fini anlat\u0131r. \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 kadrolar Goltz Pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n Asker millet adl\u0131 eserini Osmanl\u0131ca \u00e7evirisini \u015fubelerine da\u011f\u0131t\u0131p kadrolar\u0131n\u0131 bu diktorine g\u00f6re e\u011fitiyordu. Kan\u0131mca Osmanl\u0131ca devletinin 1. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131nda Prusya ile birlikte sava\u015fa girmesinin \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri ittihat\u00e7\u0131 kadrolar\u0131n ile Goltz Pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n kurduklar\u0131 ideolojik ba\u011flar \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olmu\u015ftur.
