Fa\u015fizm, toplumsal hakikatin bitti\u011fi yerde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan toplumsal patolojidir. Ulus-devlet iktidar\u0131 ve sermaye tekelcili\u011fi olmadan asla \u00fcremez&#8221;\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ulus-devlet herhangi bir iktidar bi\u00e7imi de\u011fildir. Devlet iktidar\u0131n\u0131n en geli\u015fmi\u015f bi\u00e7imi olmaktan daha \u00f6te bir anlam\u0131 vard\u0131r. Fa\u015fizmin izinde geli\u015fti\u011fi bir devlet bi\u00e7imlenmesidir. Kapitalist tekelcili\u011fin ekonomi \u00fczerinde kurdu\u011fu hegemonya ancak devlet iktidar\u0131n\u0131n toplum seviyesinde kendini yaymas\u0131yla, \u00f6rg\u00fctlemesiyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ulus-devlet bu anlamla tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Fa\u015fizm ise bu devlet bi\u00e7imini i\u00e7ten ve d\u0131\u015ftan ezilen ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclen toplumsal kesimlerle, rekabet halinde oldu\u011fu g\u00fc\u00e7lerle sava\u015f haline girdi\u011finde vard\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015famad\u0131r. Aralar\u0131ndaki fark bar\u0131\u015fla sava\u015f s\u00fcreci aras\u0131ndaki farka benzer. Her ikisinde de farkl\u0131 siyasi olu\u015fumlar tasfiye edilir. \u0130ktidar toplum gibi homojenle\u015ftirilir. Soyk\u0131r\u0131m bu d\u00f6nemdeki sava\u015flar\u0131n topyek\u00fbnla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n (t\u00fcm toplumu kapsamas\u0131n\u0131n) bir sonucudur. End\u00fcstriyalizm \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sava\u015f bi\u00e7imi olarak ulus-devlet fa\u015fizmine kar\u015f\u0131 temel toplum-sorun, ezilen, s\u0131n\u0131f-halk-ulusun \u00f6z savunma cephesinin geli\u015ftirilmesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Modernitenin ilericilik (tanr\u0131sal k\u0131yamet inanc\u0131n\u0131n moderncesi) kisvesi alt\u0131nda en kutsal toplumsal ya\u015fam farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 (ya\u015fam = farkl\u0131l\u0131k oldu\u011fu halde) yontup un ufak etmesi, tek\u00e7i yap\u0131lar \u00fcretmesi fa\u015fizmin kendisidir. Fa\u015fizm, toplumsal hakikatin bitti\u011fi yerde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan toplumsal patolojidir. Ulus-devlet iktidar\u0131 ve sermaye tekelcili\u011fi olmadan asla \u00fcremez. Ulus-devletin kutsalla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlar, vatan, millet, bayrak, mar\u015f, yurtta\u015f kavramlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ek toplumsal kutsall\u0131\u011fa ihanet etmeyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Tek\u00e7i vatan, millet, yurtta\u015f in\u015falar\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00e7a\u011flar boyunca ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f bir insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kasap gibi do\u011framakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Fa\u015fizm sermayenin ulus-devletle i\u00e7 i\u00e7e olu\u015fumunun iktidar bi\u00e7imi olarak; iktidardan damlayan sermayenin ebesi olarak anlam kazanmaktad\u0131r. Tan\u0131m\u0131 gere\u011fi fa\u015fizm, toplumla s\u00fcrekli sava\u015f\u0131m\u0131n rejimidir. Fa\u015fizm esasta i\u00e7 sava\u015f rejimi olarak da tan\u0131mlanabilir. Irak\u2019ta g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak ya\u015fananlar bu de\u011ferlendirmeyi olduk\u00e7a ayd\u0131nlatmaktad\u0131r. Toplumla s\u00fcrekli sava\u015f halinde olan bir rejim ise en tehlikeli kriz hali ve kaotik durumu ifade eder. Ortado\u011fu toplumunda ya\u015fanan krizin bir boyutu da b\u00f6yle tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, derinli\u011fi, \u015fiddeti daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u0130ster toplum suskun, sakin, s\u00fck\u00fbnet i\u00e7inde g\u00f6z\u00fcks\u00fcn ister patlay\u0131c\u0131larla her g\u00fcn sars\u0131ls\u0131n \u00f6zde kaotik durum ve kriz halindeki ya\u015fam varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hatta milliyet\u00e7ilik fa\u015fizm s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda tarih boyunca en ba\u011fnaz din konumunu alma ayr\u0131cal\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahiptir. \u00d6nemli olan dinin H\u0131ristiyan, \u0130slam, Budist, Yahudilik bi\u00e7iminde eski formlarda olup olmamas\u0131 de\u011fildir. Toplumu tap\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fczeyinde saran her d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve inan\u00e7 rahatl\u0131kla din olarak ifade edilebilir. Tanr\u0131l\u0131 olup olmamas\u0131 da bu konuda belirleyici de\u011fildir. Esas \u00f6z\u00fc bir toplumun mensuplar\u0131n\u0131 kutsall\u0131k derecesinde ortakla\u015fa ve \u00e7ok yo\u011funca ya\u015fanan duygu, inan\u00e7 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce d\u00fcnyas\u0131na, ibadet denilen davran\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imlerine, t\u00f6renlerine ba\u011flayabilmesidir. Ulus-devlet kapsam\u0131nda ulus ve ulus\u00e7ulu\u011fun \u00e7ok a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bi\u00e7imde bu tan\u0131mlar gere\u011fi in\u015fa edildi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla dinsel karakterini tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 gerektirmeyecek denli a\u00e7\u0131k kavram ve \u00f6\u011fretilerdir.<br \/>\nKendi homojenlik at g\u00f6zl\u00fckleriyle tarihe bakt\u0131k\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck zenginli\u011fi tek renk olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr veya g\u00f6rd\u00fcr\u00fcr ki sonu\u00e7, toplumsal ger\u00e7ekli\u011fin ink\u00e2r\u0131 ve fa\u015fizmdir.<\/p>\n<p>Fa\u015fizm, toplumun kar\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lma s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6zel bir anlama sahiptir.
