Bu anlamda aile kurumunu do\u011fru tahlil etmek kadar yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonu\u00e7larla beraber \u00e7\u00f6zmek de g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn temel bir sorunu olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Geleneksel aile kurumu, t\u0131pk\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir devlet gibi, s\u00fcrekli iktidar\u0131n, bask\u0131 ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fcretildi\u011fi hiyerar\u015fik bir yap\u0131ya sahiptir. Aile kurumunda t\u00fcm ili\u015fkiler, \u00e7ok incelikli olarak bu temelde d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Baba fig\u00fcr\u00fc otoriteyi, anne fedakarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve raz\u0131 olmay\u0131, \u00e7ocuk ise itaatkarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 temsil etmektedir. G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi bireyler, do\u011fduklar\u0131 bu kurumda adeta egemen sistemin ideal birer eleman\u0131 olarak yeti\u015ftirilmektedir. Kad\u0131n, erkek ve \u00e7ocuk, bu temelde hiyerar\u015fik ili\u015fkilerden s\u0131yr\u0131larak \u00f6zg\u00fcr bireyler olarak varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Demokratik aile, yaln\u0131zca bireylerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesini de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal e\u015fitli\u011fin de \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7ar. Otorite ve geleneklerin s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ili\u015fkileri a\u015farak, bireylerin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 sayg\u0131 ve adalet temelinde ba\u011f kuraca\u011f\u0131 bir zemin sunar.
