Bir insan\u0131n, bir halk\u0131n dilinin geli\u015fmi\u015flik d\u00fczeyi o bireyin, halk\u0131n geli\u015fmi\u015flik d\u00fczeyi ile s\u0131k\u0131 bir ba\u011f i\u00e7indedir. Dilin geli\u015fmi\u015flik d\u00fczeyi ayn\u0131 zamanda insan\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce d\u00fczeyini de belirler. Bir insan\u0131n dili, onun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, karakterinin, ahlaki de\u011ferlerinin \u015fekillenmesinde belirleyici bir rol\u00fc vard\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc dil ile d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin geli\u015fme seyri birbiriyle orant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r, birbirini besleyen iki olgudur.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"1538\">Ana dili, bir insan\u0131n d\u00fcnyay\u0131 alg\u0131lama bi\u00e7imini \u015fekillendiren, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kuran ve toplumsal aidiyetini sa\u011flayan en temel olgudur. Bireyin kendisiyle ve \u00e7evresiyle ileti\u015fim kurdu\u011fu ilk dil olan ana dili, sadece bir anla\u015fma arac\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn, tarihin ve kimli\u011fin olu\u015fturucu \u00f6\u011fesi ve ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r da. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce eylemi, kelime hazinesinin zenginli\u011fi ve dilin kurallar\u0131na h\u00e2kimiyetle do\u011frudan orant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Birey, bu dil arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kendisini tan\u0131mlar ve di\u011fer insanlardan farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"2306\">Birey genel olarak gen\u00e7lik d\u00f6neminde bireyle\u015fir ve \u00f6nemli oranda ki\u015filik olu\u015fumu bu d\u00f6nemde \u015fekillenir. Do\u011fal olarak birey hangi dil ile konu\u015fur, okur, yazarsa o dilin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re ki\u015filik \u015fekillenmesi olu\u015fur. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da T\u00fcrk devletinin y\u00fczy\u0131ll\u0131k K\u00fcrt diline y\u00f6nelik ink\u00e2r ve asimilasyon politikalar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7li\u011finin \u00e7ok yo\u011fun bir zihinsel asimilasyon ve ki\u015filik erozyonuyla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze b\u0131rak\u0131lmak istendi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Nitekim gerek g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi gerekse saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7lerinin \u00f6nemli bir oran\u0131 ana dili ile konu\u015famamakta, yaz\u0131p okuyamamaktad\u0131r. Bu da beraberinde belli bir yozla\u015fmay\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerine yabanc\u0131la\u015fmay\u0131 getirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2828\">Oysa K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n 50 y\u0131ll\u0131k varl\u0131k, bilin\u00e7lenme ve kendi olma m\u00fccadelesinde gen\u00e7lik temel m\u00fccadele dinami\u011fi olmu\u015ftur. Ve bu m\u00fccadelede ya\u015fam\u0131n bir\u00e7ok alan\u0131nda, \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011ferler yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, muazzam geli\u015fmeler katedilmi\u015ftir. Kendi dili ile ya\u015fama, okuma, yazma ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce geli\u015ftirme K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7li\u011finin temel g\u00f6rev ve sorumluluklar\u0131ndand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2830\" data-end=\"3991\">\u015e\u00fcphesiz bu g\u00f6rev ve sorumluluklar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kabilmesi i\u00e7in gen\u00e7li\u011fin \u00f6ncelikle asimilasyonun insan\u0131n duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve zihin d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahribat ve \u00e7arp\u0131kla\u015fmay\u0131 bilince \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131 gerekir. Asimilasyon politikalar\u0131na maruz kalan bir birey, kendi de\u011ferlerine yabanc\u0131la\u015f\u0131r, zamanla kendi dil, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve tarihsel de\u011ferlerine kar\u015f\u0131 duyars\u0131zla\u015f\u0131r, bunlar\u0131 de\u011fersiz g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flar.
