M\u00eard\u00een\u2019in Nis\u00eab\u00een il\u00e7esinde 20 Ocak\u2019ta askerler taraf\u0131ndan a\u011f\u0131r bir \u015fekilde darp edilen ve sonras\u0131nda tutuklanan Diyar Ko\u00e7\u2019un durumu kritik. Ko\u00e7, 5 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr Sincan Cezaevi Kamp\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde bulunan hastanede tutuluyor. Diyar Ko\u00e7, Rojava’ya y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 Nis\u00eab\u00een il\u00e7esinde 20 Ocak\u2019ta d\u00fczenlenen protesto eylemleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Kentin biti\u015fi\u011findeki Qami\u015flo s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131nda g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan Ko\u00e7, feci bir \u015fekilde darp edildi.<\/p>\n

Diyar Ko\u00e7\u2019un darp edildi\u011fi ve a\u011f\u0131r hakaretlere maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclere de yans\u0131d\u0131. Ko\u00e7, g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015fkence nedeniyle beyin kanamas\u0131 ge\u00e7irdi ve v\u00fccudunun bir\u00e7ok yerinde k\u0131r\u0131klar olu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Diyar Ko\u00e7, g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131rada \u201cbayrak indiren ki\u015fi\u201d denilerek hedef g\u00f6sterildi. Ancak bu iddia, mahkemenin tutuklama gerek\u00e7eleri aras\u0131nda yer almad\u0131. Ko\u00e7, \u201c\u00f6rg\u00fct \u00fcyesi olmak\u201d, \u201c\u00f6rg\u00fct propagandas\u0131 yapmak\u201d ve \u201cs\u0131n\u0131r g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ihlal etmek\u201d iddialar\u0131ndan 23 Ocak\u2019ta tutukland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Diyar Ko\u00e7, tutukland\u0131ktan sonra Mardin E Tipi Kapal\u0131 Cezaevi\u2019ne, ard\u0131ndan Diyarbak\u0131r Cezaevi\u2019ne sevk edildi. Cezaevi y\u00f6netimi, sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu kritik olan Ko\u00e7\u2019u tedavi i\u00e7in Gazi Ya\u015fargil E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesi\u2019ne sevk etti. Ko\u00e7, kafatas\u0131ndaki k\u0131r\u0131klar nedeniyle ameliyat\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 27 Ocak\u2019ta Ankara Etlik \u015eehir Hastanesi\u2019ne sevk edildi.<\/p>\n

Diyar Ko\u00e7, 29 Ocak\u2019ta Sincan F Tipi 1 Nolu Kapal\u0131 Cezaevi\u2019ne g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Buradaki cezaevi y\u00f6netimi de Diyar Ko\u00e7\u2019u Sincan Cezaevi Kamp\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde bulunan hastaneye sevk etti. Ko\u00e7, 5 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr burada tutuluyor.<\/p>\n

Diyar Ko\u00e7\u2019un maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihlaller bununla da s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmad\u0131. Sincan Cezaevi\u2019ne sevk s\u0131ras\u0131nda bir hem\u015fire taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6l\u00fcmle tehdit edildi.
